PLEASE READ ALL SPECIFICATIONS BEFORE SUBMITTING SENIOR PHOTOS.

Senior photos are due to bigskyseniors@gmail.com by November 15, 2025. We will send you a confirmation email when your senior photo is received. 

• Photos should be full color, vertical aligned (or will be cropped)
• Choose a closeup over a zoomed out shot.
• Photos should be at least 300 resolution, jpg, png, or TIFF format. Please do not send any other types of photos. Also, do not submit screenshots from your phone, as the resolution is terrible.
• We reserve the right to reject a photo if props are inappropriate or for similar reasons and will notify you if we require a different photo. (This is very rare.)

The deadline for senior baby ads is Jan. 1.  These ads are one way you can show your pride and appreciation for your senior.

Order your senior ads through yearbookforever.com (same place you order the book itself).  It starts with entering our school name.

QUARTER PAGE AD:

PHOTO TIPS:

• Upload images with a .tif, .jpg, .jpeg, or .png extension.
• Don't use images pulled from the web (e.g. Facebook).
• Upload the largest photo possible (25MB max).
• We may crop your photos during the design process.
• Let us know in the special directions section if there's any special layout or other details you want, and we'll try to accommodate you.

We love showcasing your photos! Keep an eye out for image requests via social media, text and email and send us your stuff! With very strict company deadlines to meet, we cannot accept past due submissions.

Mark your calendars!

Missing the deadlines  may result in your student not being pictured or not receiving a yearbook. Yearbooks must be pre-ordered to ensure you receive one, and late photo submissions will not be accepted due to strict deadlines we are required to meet. 

District Forms

All families are required to complete district forms, including an OPT OUT FORM. If you submit an opt out form, your student will not be included in any yearbook photos whatsoever. Families often "Opt Out" by mistake, but we must strictly honor these requests so please be certain of the forms you sign and the options you choose for your child.
